Request Tibetan citizenship

"Long live Tibet" : such is the hope of many among us.
Some of us have been taking part in actions in favor of Tibet for a long time. In spite of the impact that each campaign has created, to date we have not found the one which will clear up the dark skies which threaten the “Roof of the world“.
During a discussion with the Tibetan Prime Minister in Exile, Professor Samdhong Rinpoche, the possibility of granting Tibetan citizenship to the supporters who would request it, was brought up. The Prime Minister agreed to study the matter. His first concern was to know how many supporters would actually take this strong step to support Tibet.
We will have to transmit the numbers in a short time : the number of applicants will have to be significant so that the Tibetan Government in Exile takes a favorable action. The International Community would not remain insensitive to this movement, nor will the Chinese Government…
We can hope that among the candidates for naturalization are artists and athletes taking part in the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, even politicians supporting the Tibetan cause.
Should you wish to take part in this action, you won’t have to renounce your own nationality. All you have to do is to register directly on this website, by filling the brief form.
If the Tibetan Government decides that this is a practical and beneficial campaign for Tibet, you will be informed.
Making this movement a success is up to each of us.
